Please return completed signed application and rules forms along with photo ID and proof of address to Liz O'Sullivan, BTiS, Glucksman Library, University of Limerick and we will return your card by post within a few days.
Please make cheque for appropriate amount (see forms) payable to BTiS, University of Limerick Library. It is also possible to pay by Laser/credit card.
