Please return completed signed application and rules forms along with, photo ID and proof of address to Liz O'Sullivan, BTiS Librarian, Room GLO-015, Glucksman Library, University of Limerick and we will return your card by post within a few days.
Please make cheque for appropriate amount (see forms) payable to University of Limerick, It is also possible to pay by Laser/debit/credit card.
